How often and how long should I use the mask?
We recommend a 10 to 15 minute session on clean, dry skin, 3 to 5 times a week. Consistency works better than longer sessions.
Which light color should I choose?
Start with red if you’re not sure where to begin — it’s the most popular color. After that, feel free to switch by day or by skin need. One tap on the touch button on the forehead changes the color.
Is LED light safe for home use?
LED masks use visible light without UV and don’t get hot. Keep your eyes closed during use. Do not use the mask if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, take light-sensitizing medication or have a skin condition without consulting your doctor first.
How is the mask powered?
Through the included USB cable. Plug it into a USB adapter, laptop or power bank so you can do your session anywhere.
When will I see results?
Every skin is different. Most people notice their skin looks fresher and more even after a few weeks of consistent use. Results vary from person to person.
What if the mask isn’t right for me?
